Refund Policy
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and details about the item.
Electronics & PC Components All electronics and PC components (GPUs, RAM, etc.) are final sale — no returns and no exchanges. If you experience issues with your item, please contact the manufacturer directly to initiate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items Personalized/custom-made products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items Contact us immediately with photos and a description. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
