Shipping policy

Q: What method of shipping do you guys use?

A: For all orders under 5lb that's shipping within the United States, we use USPS Priority/First Class. For orders over 5lb, we use Fedex or UPS Ground Shipping.

Q: How long does it usually take for you guys to ship out my order?

A: We typically ship out your order within 1-5 business days, depending on the availability of the product (ie special orders or high demand items). If we're short of staff or are having any delays (emergencies, weather problems, etc.) then we will e-mail you to inform you of such delays.

Q: Do you guys ship worldwide?

A: NO, but may change in the future

Q: I made an error on my shipping address, what can I do?

A: If the courier hasn't already picked up the package, we can still make corrections/changes to the address. If the address is drastically different from the address that you have on file with PayPal, we will cancel your order and ask that you fix the address with PayPal (this is to prevent fraud).
