Electronics & PC Components All electronics and PC components (GPUs, RAM, etc.) are final sale — no returns and no exchanges. If you experience issues with your item, please contact the manufacturer directly to initiate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

ReFuel™ is recycled 3D filament from out-of-spec materials

Colors Vary - No Color Selection Available

This is the same material as our regular Pro PETG Product Line. We've taken our PETG scraps and out of spec material, transition material and cut off waste and ground it into pellets that we can use to make filament! It works great, prints great, and is otherwise equal to our normal Pro PETG lineup. (Note: Quantity discounts are not available on ReFuel products.)

Color: Color will vary on this product. It is made of just about every color we make and the darker colors seem to take charge in the process. The first batch is a bit of a dark purple, but depending on what we have reground, it could come in any shade of color in the future. Colors will vary from grayish-white to nearly black. No color selection is available.

Packaging: ReFuel comes vacuum-sealed with desiccant in a plain brown box with minimal labeling. We do not add the spool spec chart to our ReFuel products.

Size: To keep this product simple, we only plan to offer it in 1.75mm 1kg spools. We don't expect to have enough scrap to make 4kg spools and 1.75mm is the most popular size.

This product is the equivalent of our Pro PETG. You can view the specs and print settings on our Pro PETG Here. Please note that this filament prints best at 245°C to 250 °C.

Additional Filament Information

Quality:
All 3D-Fuel 3D printer filament is manufactured in our own production facility located in Fargo, North Dakota or in Moville, Ireland (depending on customer location). We have complete control over the manufacturing process and are able to ensure consistent quality for every spool.

Diameter Tolerance:
Variable diameter can cause big problems in your 3D printer. We use a multi-axis laser measurement system to control our filament diameter and ovality in real time during production. Every spool has the diameter and ovality measurements listed right on the box.

Packing Information:
A full 1kg (2.2lbs) of Re-Fuel Pro PLA plastic filament arrives on an easy-to-use plastic reel and is vacuum sealed with a desiccant packet to keep out any moisture.

Test Printing:
The 3D-Fuel test lab features multiple brands of 3D printers including Raise3D, MakerBot, LulzBot, FlashForge, and more. We 3D print what we manufacture to ensure that our filament provides the absolute best quality possible.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days after shipment. Please note that video cards, certain CPUs, and other high-demand items may require an additional processing day prior to shipment.

Orders placed before [CUTOFF TIME, e.g. 2:00 PM PST] on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
