Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and details about the item.
Electronics & PC Components All electronics and PC components (GPUs, RAM, etc.) are final sale — no returns and no exchanges. If you experience issues with your item, please contact the manufacturer directly to initiate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
