What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Electronics and PC components are final sale. Personalized/custom-made products, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable unless damaged or defective.
