3D-Fuel Tough Pro PLA+, Bubblegum Pink, 1.75mm
Our Tough Pro PLA+ is the best PLA filament for 3D printing your most demanding projects. When you're looking for a tough PLA with excellent temperature resistance that prints as smooth as butter, 3D-Fuel Tough Pro PLA+ is the material for you. Manufactured in the US from genuine NatureWorks™ 3D870 Ingeo PLA, Tough Pro PLA+ offers a third-generation level of material engineering for 3D printing. Since it's a NatureWorks PLA material, it's a sustainably sourced bio-plastic with an incredible eco-profile. Tough Pro PLA+ Boasts 8.8x The Impact Toughness Of PLA+ Test parts were 3D printed on a Bambu Lab X1C at 0.2mm layer height with no annealing. A 1kg standard weight was used for the drop test. The video plays at 12.5% of real-time speed. Tough Pro PLA+ has higher impact strength than ABS and Standard PLA+ with a heat resistance that rivals that of ABS. That's even before any post-processing. Tough Pro PLA+ was designed with the high impact strength needed in industrial applications to meet the growing demand for a material with the properties of ABS and the printability of PLA. Heat Resistance Comparison You can anneal your design after 3D printing for even better heat resistance and impact toughness. One of the big questions we often get about Tough Pro PLA+ is about heat resistance, especially in a scenario like a hot car. You can gain the maximum heat resistance by annealing your 3D print (furthest print from camera), but that's not always practical or feasible to do, especially as the part shrinks 1-2% during the annealing process and needs to be tightly constrained in a gypsum or salt flour to reduce warping. But, even without annealing, you can see that the Tough Pro PLA+ part resists heat much better than the Standard PLA+ (nearest to the camera). In some ways, in this test, the Tough Pro PLA+ part (middle part) is partially annealing in the temperature ramp-up. This is why customers state that it can work great even in a hot car in the desert of Arizona! Additional Filament Information Tough Pro PLA+ Print Profiles Recommended Printing Temperature: 220-250C Recommended Bed Temperature: 0-60C Bed Surface: PEI, heated bare glass, blue painters tape, BuildTak, WhamBam Recommended Print Speed: 60 – 250 mm/s How to anneal your Tough Pro PLA+ prints Download SDSDownload TDS Filament Quality: All 3D-Fuel 3D printer filament is manufactured in United States production facilities. Diameter Tolerance: Our filament diameter tolerance is +/- 0.02 mm. High filament diameter variability can cause significant problems in your 3D printer. We use a multi-axis laser measurement system to control our filament diameter and ovality in real time during production. Packing Information: A full 1kg (2.2lbs) of Tough Pro PLA+ plastic filament arrives on an easy-to-use plastic AMS-compatible spool and is vacuum sealed with a desiccant packet to keep out any moisture. 3D-Fuel Standard PLA+, Autumn Orange, 1.75mm
Use our Autumn Orange Standard PLA+ filament to get into the fall/Autumn/Halloween/Pumpkin spirit or for any excellent darker or burnt orange project. Standard PLA+ is a basic, entry-level PLA filament. It's available in a broad color selection and uses only virgin NatureWorks Ingeo 4043d PLA resin. No fillers or stretchers means a more predictable 3D printing experience. Because we don't use fillers, the ideal print temp might be 5-10C higher than your current PLA settings. Our Standard PLA+, or Polylactic Acid, is among the most popular 3D printing materials worldwide because it is easy to print and strong. Standard PLA+ is a hard plastic that produces a barely noticeable, but quite pleasant, sugary smell when extruding. The broad color selection and ease of printing make it an ideal choice for printing in a multi-color 3D printing system like the Bambu Lab AMS. Print Profiles Print profiles for Standard PLA+ on the Bambu Lab printers are available here. Bambu AMS Compatibility Since October 2023, the 3D-Fuel Standard PLA+ has been manufactured using an AMS-compliant spool (more info on our spool sizes and weights). Since it takes time for some colors to move through our warehouse inventory, you may receive an older spool type. This is still compatible with the AMS, but you must leave the lid open a few mm. 3D-Fuel Standard PLA+, Industrial Gray, 1.75mm
With our Industrial Gray Standard PLA+ 3D printer filament, go for the industrial look. This smooth, cool gray will look great for prototype parts and is easily paintable. It's also great for working with plastic models. 3D-Fuel Tough Pro PLA+, Metallic Copper, 1.75mm
3D-Fuel ReFuel™ 3D-Fuel Recycled Standard or Tough Pro PLA+, 1.75mm
ReFuel™ is recycled 3D filament from out-of-spec materials Colors Vary - No Color Selection - AS-ISPlease Read: This is the same material as our regular Standard and Tough Pro PLA+ product lines. We've taken our PLA scraps and out-of-spec material (spools that were rejected during production due to over- or under-diameter readings), transition material, and cut-off waste and cut it into pellets that we can use to make filament! It works excellently, prints great, and is almost equal to our regular PLA lineup. We follow the same quality guidelines. We're just not printing the full-color box labels. Just a simple thermal label on a kraft box to save money - we are mainly doing this to recover the scrap material and keep it out of the landfills. This is a very usable material, especially for prototyping. Color: Color will vary on this product. It is made of just about every color we make. Since we mix ALL colors to make ReFuel, colors will be mostly darker earth tones like black, brown and red shades, but can vary from clear to grayish-white to nearly black. No color selection is available. None are equal to our standard colors. Most likely, the items you receive in a single order will be all about the same shade and color as they will have been made at the same time. Packaging: ReFuel comes vacuum-sealed with desiccant in a plain brown box with minimal labeling. Size: To keep this product simple, we only offer it only in 1.75mm 1kg and 4kg spools. Compatibility: The Standard and Tough Pro PLA+ versions should work in any printer that uses 1.75mm filament. Our Tough Pro PLA+ is the best PLA product available for printing your projects. Learn More about our Tough Pro PLA+ here. Standard PLA+ combines standard materials with our excellent quality standards, providing you with the best regular PLA available anywhere.Learn more about our Standard PLA+ here. Every spool has the diameter and ovality measurements listed right on the box. Packing Information: A full 1kg (2.2 lbs) or 4kg (8.8 lbs) of Re-Fuel recycled 3D printing filament arrives on an easy-to-use plastic reel, which is vacuum sealed with a desiccant packet to keep out moisture. 3D-Fuel Tough Pro PLA+, Iron Red, 1.75mm
3D-Fuel Standard PLA+, Aquamarine, 1.75mm
A peaceful shade of blue that approaches the transition from light blue to light green, Aquamarine Standard PLA+ is an excellent addition to your 3D printing color portfolio.
